Day 2: Jakarta City Tour (B)
After Breakfast, you will be picked up for Jakarta City Tour. Visit Monas which is building the city icon of Jakarta, symbolizing the fight for Indonesia. It is the national monument of the Republic of Indonesia, built to commemorate the struggle for Indonesian independence. Then visit Batavia Old Town. Transfer to Fatahilah Museum, The building was built in 1710 as the Stadhuis (city hall) of Batavia. Jakarta History Museum opened in 1974 and displays objects from the prehistory period of the city region, the founding of Jayakarta in 1527, and the Dutch colonization period from the 16th century until Indonesia’s Independence in 1948, Old City which is one of the historical relics in Jakarta. Then go to Ancol. The Ancol Dreamland has an extensive range of attractions that include, a water park with artificial waves, an lagoon for fishing and boating, exciting rides such as the Torpedo and the Hysteria, an art center, a convention hall and hotels (Dufan, Atlantis Water Adventure, Ocean Dream Samudera, Eco park are optional). Transfer back to hotel.
